For the past 8 years, I’ve had the joy of being an Airbnb Superhost and property manager, earning over 2,000 glowing reviews from guests who’ve trusted me with their stay. Whether it’s a weekend getaway, a long-term rental, or a great business location, I love creating spaces where people feel welcome, comfortable, and taken care of.

I’m a mom of three (ages 31, 27, and 10) and a grandmother of four. Life is full, fun, and busy—especially as the "Team Mom" for two youth teams! Hospitality runs in my blood, and it’s truly my passion to serve others, meet their needs, and exceed their expectations.

Born and raised in Chattanooga, Chandler brings a strong work ethic, leadership, and heart to everything he does—on and off the field. A proud graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, where he played college football as a linebacker, Chandler now pours that same drive and discipline into coaching and business.

He’s a devoted father of three (ages 5, 2, and 8 months) and a dedicated youth football coach, as well as a middle school football and track coach at McCallie School—one of the most respected private schools in Tennessee. Coaching young athletes is a passion that reflects his commitment to mentorship, teamwork, and building a strong community.

Chandler is also the owner of Patrick 2 Times Maintenance & Remodel, where he specializes in high-quality home repairs, renovations, and property upkeep. With hands-on skill and a reputation for reliability, Chandler helps clients transform and maintain their spaces with confidence and care.
